Our Mission
For 2024/25, our goal is to help 1000s of students achieve the GCSE grades they want and need.
In order to achieve that, we're scaling our operations and, as a result, we're currently looking for 1 person to join our student success team and take care of marking and making sure our students progress.
So if you are enthusiastic about education and using your skills and talents to help improve student’s lives, all while getting paid to do so...

Strategic Responsibilities
Marking Homework & Exams
Detailed marking of student's work
Your first responsibility is to use the provided mark schemes to mark each students work on Google Classroom. This includes both weekly homework along with half termly exams.
Tracking Student's Progress
Proper tracking of all student data
Your 2nd responsibility will be completing all operational duties needed for proper student-tracking. This includes updating our student and tutor trackers, following Key Performance Indicators, along with communicating with out team on how students are getting along.
Communication
Communicating with parents & team members
Your third responsibility is to use the designated support channels to communicate with parents along with team members to make sure the students are supported and taken care of.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Marking homework and exams on a weekly basis.
2. Tracking student progress.
3. Updating tracking spreadsheets.
4. Communicating with parents.
5. Being open and taking on feedback and ways on how to improve your role.
NOTE: Understand that this is a seasonal role that adapts throughout the year for SmartaTutoring so you may perform other duties as assigned.
