Our Mission

For 2024/25, our goal is to help 1000s of students achieve the GCSE grades they want and need.

In order to achieve that, we're scaling our operations and, as a result, we're currently looking for 2 people to join our sales team and take care of converting our leads into sales and calendar appointments.

‍So if you are enthusiastic about education and using your skills and talents to help improve student’s lives, all while getting paid well to do so...

Strategic Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY 1
Take Sales Calls
Sell Our Products & Services On Zoom Calls
Your first responsibility is to take sales calls, talk with prospective clients and pitch and sell our services.

You will be required to be on zoom calls and make sure all prospects are helped properly.

You will also be required to follow up any prospective clients if they did not purchase on the call.

RESPONSIBILITY 2
Sales Operations
Proper tracking of all sales data

Your 2nd responsibility will be completing all operational duties needed for proper team-tracking. This includes updating our CRM, following Key Performance Indicators, submitting End-of-Day Reports, & more.

RESPONSIBILITY 3
Communication
Communicating with all prospective customers
Your third responsibility is to use various social media platforms to find and communicate with leads. We will provide you with training to source leads in different ways.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Attending daily sales team meetings.

2. Take daily sales calls with prospective customers.

3. Follow up with customers who did not sell on their initial call.

4. Updating the CRM & KPIs reports.

5. Learn, train and improve on a daily basis.

NOTE: Understand that this is a seasonal role that adapts throughout the year for SmartaTutoring so you may perform other duties as assigned.
