For 2025/26, our goal is to help 1000s of students achieve the GCSE grades they want and need.
In order to achieve that, we're scaling our operations and, as a result, we're currently looking for 1 person to join our setting team and take care of converting our leads into sales.

Set Appointments for Sales Reps
Prospect, qualify and get leads booked in
Your primary responsibility is to connect qualified leads with our closing team — ensuring every prospect is properly supported and booked into the right call.
You'll be calling warm leads, asking the right questions to qualify them, and scheduling them into the sales team’s calendar with precision and care.
Your 2nd responsibility will be completing all operational duties needed for proper team-tracking. This includes updating our CRM, following Key Performance Indicators, submitting End-of-Day Reports, & more.

Training & Meetings
Attending all required training sessions and team meetings
Your fourth responsibility is to actively participate in training and team meetings. These sessions are designed to help you stay sharp, improve your setting skills, and stay aligned with our sales process and company updates. We’ll provide you with clear training resources and expect you to apply the strategies shared. Regular attendance is essential for your success and progression in the role.
1. Attending daily setter team meetings.
2. Booking in and following up prospects & leads.
3. Following up with no-shows & cancellations.
4. Updating the CRM & KPIs reports.
5. Learn, train and improve on a daily basis.
