Our Mission
For 2024/25, our goal is to help 1000s of students achieve the GCSE grades they want and need.
In order to achieve that, we're scaling our operations and, as a result, we're currently looking for 1 person to join our sales and customer care team and take care of converting our leads into sales calls and calendar appointments along with making sure they are looked after post sale.

You'll be working alongside a team of professionals at a globally respected online education organisation to help us achieve this goal.

And if you are someone who has a solid understanding on how sales, customer journeys, and marketing work holistically, then you may be a great fit for this role.
You will be required to call all leads to qualify them before getting them booked into the sales team's diary.
Your 2nd responsibility will be completing all operational duties needed for proper team-tracking. This includes updating our CRM, following Key Performance Indicators, submitting End-of-Day Reports, & more.

Customer Care
Communicating with all current clients
Your fourth responsibility is to communicate to current customers and make sure their questions are answered and concerns dealt with.
1. Attending weekly/monthly sales meetings.
2. Booking in and following up prospects & leads.
3. Keeping in contact with prospective customers over text, email & other social platforms.
4. Following up with no-shows & cancellations.
5. Updating the CRM & KPIs reports.
6. Communicating with current customers and meeting their needs.
NOTE: Understand that this is a seasonal role that adapts throughout the year for SmartaTutoring so you may perform other duties as assigned.
